By participating in activities organized by Cardinals Wrestling Club, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility and Registration All participants must be registered with the club and have a signed waiver on file. Wrestlers must fall within the Pre-K through 8th grade age range to be eligible for participation.
- Code of Conduct Wrestlers, coaches, and parents are expected to uphold the values of respect, sportsmanship, and integrity at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or dismissal from the program.
- Safety and Health Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that wrestlers are in good health and physically able to participate. Skin checks should be performed regularly, and any illness or contagious condition should be reported to coaching staff prior to participation.
- Liability While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe environment, participation in wrestling involves inherent risks. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept those risks and agree not to hold Cardinals Wrestling Club, Inc., its coaches, volunteers, or facility hosts liable for injuries or accidents.
- Media and Photography Photos or videos may be taken during practices or events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child’s image to be used, please notify the club in writing.
- Payment and Refunds Club dues are payable upon registration. If you are unable to pay, financial assistance is available upon request. Refunds may be considered in cases of injury or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the club leadership.
- Policy Updates Cardinals Wrestling Club, Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.
By registering or participating in any club activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
